I’m Khayriyyah (kuh-RYE-yah), a philanthropy advisor and ecosystem builder who helps people, capital, and ideas find each other.
I bring more than a decade of experience across philanthropic advising, institutional grantmaking, global health, education, and leadership development. My work has spanned advising individuals and families on their giving, managing multimillion-dollar grantmaking portfolios, designing new investment strategies, and building partnerships across funders, nonprofits, governments, and communities.
Across these roles, I’ve developed a particular ability to enter complex environments, identify what matters, and create the clarity and relationships needed to move ideas forward. I bring a disciplined systems lens, intentional relationship-building, and a deep commitment to translating complexity into clear, actionable strategy.
Based in New York City, I hold an MA in Human Rights, Culture, and Social Justice from Goldsmiths, University of London, and am a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®.
